How to book our Caravan, Kombi or Pop-Up
The Bearded Brewer Vintage Coffee Caravan, Kombi Van or Pop-Up Stand are available to visit your next event or function. Let us provide quality coffee (including cold brew coffee) made with our freshly roasted beans. We also offer Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) bar service using alcohol provided by function organisers.

Workshops
At Bearded Brewer, we are passionate about coffee and sharing this expertise with others. We provide a range of different workshops at our Roastery and Espresso Bar designed to upskill you in a small instructor/student ratio environment.
During our workshops, we believe in the importance of 'learning through practice' and therefore allow for plenty of hands-on experience to develop your skills.
Our workshops are run regularly throughout the year and include:
- Introduction Barista Workshop: perfect for the home barista or those interested in starting in the industry
- Fundamentals: Espresso and Milk: Ideal for those wanting to hone their skills
- Filter Brewing: This practical course introduces you to non-espresso brew methods and includes a tasting component
- Coffee Cupping Tasting Experience: A hands-on experience where you will taste a range of coffees from all around the world

The History of the Van
Our vintage coffee caravan is a repurposed 1967 Valiante Royale.
In its previous life, our van spent a few decades on an orchard in the Snowy Mountains of NSW, Australia. For years, it housed backpackers as they picked fruit and enjoyed our beautiful Alpine region.
In 2017, The Bearded Brewer purchased the van and fitted it out with everything to provide you with great coffee – like a quality coffee machine, new wooden benchtop and Eftpos facilities. But we loved the history and many vintage features so we kept and lovingly restored the original wooden door, the classic blue colouring, and the wooden mouldings — all historical treasures.
Wedding packages
We can work with your caterers or venue to help make your outdoor wedding or reception a big hit with unlimited hot coffee or tea from our Caravan or Kombi –even bench seating and bar service (where you supply alcohol). Ask us about a Set Price package and we’ll suggest the inclusions. Simple!
Event Bookings
We are flexible on pricing to best meet your requirements. Start with our fixed service fee (based on a 2 hour minimum booking) to attend your event then decide on pricing based on consumption as either a ‘host tab’ where you carry the cost or a ‘purchaser pays’ pricing structure. Let’s talk about whatever feels right for your event.
